Building of the beginning of the century. XIX. In the years 1851-1908 it functioned as a mejtep. On August 7, 1908, the first Albanian school was opened here. Today it continues to function as a 9-year school. Today it continues to preserve the values of the Vlora citizen housing.The building is built with a structural system with retaining stone wall, connected with lime mortar. The covering is realized with wooden roof construction 4 irrigation, with country tiles.
