Gkoumanis Bridge

On the road from Ray for ancient Distan, in our right hand, at a distance of a kilometer we find the Gougani bridge (altitude: 17, opening: 9,00 m, arc height: 1,10 m, deck length: 14.00 M., deck width: 2.65 m (Anonymous, 2018). It is a monotone bridge that was built in the late 19th, early 20th centuries in the Calpakiotiko River, close to its union with Kalama. In 2017 his maintenance was completed. Nevertheless, unfortunately, it is largely submerged in the waters of the Artificial Lake of Kalamas.
