The ensemble of street 1 Justin Godar, represents a street on both sides of which develop the buildings that represent the characteristic Vlora dwelling. Some of them have the status of Cultural Monument of the First Category. The complex is built with buildings with the same structural system with retaining stone wall, connected with glaze mortar. The roof was made of wooden roof construction in the form of a dome, with country tiles.
